About these terms
These terms explain use of the Under Nude storefront and the conditions presented for our products. Customer support is available at support@undernude.com. Before submitting an order, review your selected items, delivery details and final total in the Shopify checkout. The payment options available for your order are shown there.
Products and ordering
Read the product description, colour, size, quantity and final order summary before confirming a purchase. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. This does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description. Keep the confirmation email and contact us promptly about any mistake. We will explain any inability to fulfil an order and any applicable refund.
Prices and payment
The currency, product prices, delivery charge and any taxes collected by the store are shown before payment. Discounts apply only where displayed and confirmed in the final checkout total. Import duties, import VAT and clearance charges may be payable separately by the customer as explained in the shipping policy. Payment is handled through Shopify and its payment providers; do not send payment-card details by email.
Delivery, returns and defects
The shipping policy explains delivery within 15 calendar days, destination availability, charges and import costs. The returns policy explains our voluntary 30-day return offer, responsibility for return postage and refunds. Those policies form part of the information provided before an order. Mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning defects, conformity, delivery and withdrawal, are preserved.
Your account and support
Use accurate contact and delivery details and protect access to your email and account verification codes. You are not required to agree to marketing to obtain support or exercise consumer rights. Contact support@undernude.com about an order, a complaint, privacy or accessibility.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, make fraudulent requests or infringe another person's rights. Content, photographs and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Normal personal browsing and purchasing remain permitted.
Changes, applicable law and complaints
The terms displayed when an order is placed govern that order; later changes do not retrospectively remove rights. No clause excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections and competent courts remain available in the jurisdictions that apply to the customer. Send complaints to support@undernude.com so we can investigate and respond.
