Destinations and delivery
Delivery is currently available within Switzerland. Delivery is within a maximum of 15 calendar days after order confirmation, including preparation and transit. The destination and delivery options are confirmed before you place your order.
Delivery charges
- Switzerland: CHF 5.90; free delivery from CHF 100.
The free-delivery threshold is based on the merchandise total after discounts, excluding delivery and any import charges. The delivery charge is shown in CHF before you confirm your order.
Import duties and taxes
Import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges may apply depending on the destination. These charges are not included in our product prices or delivery charges and are payable by the customer when assessed by the relevant authorities or carrier. We flag this before purchase; where an amount cannot be calculated in advance, the destination authorities determine it.
Tracking and delivery issues
Keep your order confirmation. When tracking is available, the dispatch notification contains the tracking details. Contact support@undernude.com with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged, lost or marked delivered but not received. We will investigate and explain the available remedy. Responsibility for an order is not automatically transferred to you simply because it has been dispatched.
Changes and delays
Check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee an address change once dispatch has started. If we cannot meet the stated delivery period, we will notify you and explain the cancellation or refund options. Your mandatory rights concerning delayed or missing deliveries remain unaffected.
