Under Nude and your information
This notice explains how information is used for the Under Nude storefront, customer accounts, support and related Shopify services. Contact support@undernude.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice also covers the information used when you select products, open the checkout and submit an order.
Information we use
Information may include your email, name and addresses supplied for an account or order; the products and variants you select; order, return and payment-status information; support messages; and technical information such as IP address, device, browser and security logs. Accounts use email verification codes rather than a password created for this storefront. Payment-card processing is handled by the payment providers; do not send full card details or identity documents in a support email.
Why information is used
We use information to provide requested account and wishlist features, respond to support and return requests, process orders, arrange fulfilment and delivery, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations. Marketing consent is separate from account access, support and contractual communications. We do not treat a support request as marketing consent.
Legal grounds
Where the GDPR applies, requested account, order and support processing relies on a contract or steps requested before a contract; accounting and statutory records rely on legal obligations; proportionate security and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests; and optional browser history and consent-based marketing rely on your consent. You can withdraw consent or object where the law provides that right. Swiss data-protection rules also apply where relevant.
Shopify and service providers
Shopify provides the commerce platform, account services, hosting and checkout infrastructure. The store's customer-data hosting location is the European Union. Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled: Shopify also processes information across its services to improve products, personalisation and advertising, as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Shopify's own rights portal is available at privacy.shopify.com. Support email, payment, fulfilment and delivery providers receive information needed for their respective services. International processing may occur under the providers' applicable data-protection arrangements.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies and similar storage support security, sign-in, language preferences and the bag. Account wishlists are saved to the signed-in account. Optional recently viewed history is kept on your device only when you choose to enable it in Privacy choices; you can turn it off and clear that history there. This storefront does not load independent advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Shopify-hosted account and checkout pages may have their own cookie controls and notices.
Retention and security
Account, order and support information is retained for the service concerned and for applicable accounting, legal and dispute-handling needs. Requests to delete information are assessed against those obligations; information is not promised to disappear immediately from backups or records that must be retained. We use the platform's access controls and security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Email support@undernude.com. We may request proportionate verification to protect your account. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority, including the Swiss FDPIC or the relevant EU/EEA authority. Marketing messages, if separately subscribed to, include an unsubscribe option.

We update this notice when the service or processing changes. The date above identifies this edition.
